There is power in community whether it's online or in person. In this week's conversation, Charlotte Otero, Community Strategist at Maddie's Fund, will discuss the variety of communities a person can belong to and share how a community-first mindset can help you to authentically engage with your community members and lead more purposefully.

- Speaker Bio: Charlotte Otero is responsible for driving strategies and improvements for Maddie's Pet Forum, our online community dedicated to increasing collaboration and innovation among animal well-being professionals. She
has an extensive background in digital community management using the power of technology to connect millions of people with others who share their same passions. She's managed online communities for Lady Gaga, Coca-Cola, Travelocity, Sol Republic and the United Nations Foundation. She has a love for all things technology and an affinity for animals and loves being able to merge the two with Maddie's Fund! Charlotte attended the University of Idaho on a basketball scholarship and earned her degree in Marketing with a minor in Advertising. She later received her Master's Certificate from the University of San Francisco in Advanced Online Marketing.
